How we measure
This server stands outside our own network, on a separate machine. Every minute it requests every service above, over HTTPS and along the same route a visitor takes.
What you see here, we report: every outage you notice as a customer goes on this page with its start, its end and what was going on. The percentages are the time without such an outage, rounded down. A restart of a few seconds that nobody notices does not count. If a service is down for more than fifteen minutes and we have not reported it yet, the measurement marks it as an outage by itself, so this page never stays green while something is really wrong.
A day on which the measurement itself did not run stays empty; we do not fill anything in.
Why this page stands apart. It does not run on our own servers, but on a separate machine. If our servers are down, you can still see here what is going on. It does stand in the same datacenter in Hengelo: if that datacenter goes down as a whole, this page is briefly gone as well. Customer environments are not listed here; we agree monitoring for those per contract.
